Dominika Cibulkova defeated Ash Barty 3-6, 6-0, 6-1.
It was good to see Domi bouncing back from her trouncing loss to Agnieszka Radwanska during the final of the APIA International final on Saturday.
Personally (and I know a lot of other people agree!) I think Ash is a superstar in the making; she is talented, down-to-earth and only 16. I look forward to seeing a lot more of her at grand slam tournaments.
