Roland Garros 2013: Official Ways That You Can Still Buy Tickets

May 26, 2013 By grandslamgal

Find out how you can still buy tickets through official channels for Roland Garros 2013.

One of the questions that I get asked most frequently, after “What time should I arrive at the Wimbledon queue?” is “Can I still buy tickets for Roland Garros?”.

The answer is “yes”, it is still possible to get tickets.

Here are the official ways that I’m aware of.

1. Viagogo – The Official Ticket Exchange

This website allows people to sell tickets that they can’t use in a legal way, guarantees the buyer of getting valid tickets and getting the tickets in time for the event.

Read more about Viagogo on the Roland Garros tickets website.

Visit the Viagogo Roland Garros Ticket Exchange (Google can translate it if you don’t speak French)

2. The Evening Visitor Pass and 3pm Outside Courts Ticket

These tickets require booking a ticket online the day before then queuing on the day.

Find out more on the Roland Garros website.

I’ve never used these tickets myself but when we left last year our tickets were scanned out so I’m guessing that tickets from people who have left the grounds are resold.

If you successfully give this ticket option a try, I’d love to hear about your experience in the comments below.

According to the RG Tickets website there are still some VIP Packs available, which might be an option if you are desperate to go and have a wad of spare Euros up your sleeve.
