Find out about one of the not so enticing food options that’s available at Roland Garros.

When I go to Roland Garros, I want to spend the most time possible watching tennis (matches or practice sessions).
That sounds quite obvious but as well as the tennis, there are a lot of other things to do at Roland Garros, visiting the Longines Smash Corner, beach tennis, going to autographs sessions and shopping for merchandise.
That’s also why I usually bring my own food. So there’s no need to queue to buy food and it’s better quality.
Today I was a bit lazy, I didn’t prepare anything so I bought a quick eat at L’Epicerie, a self-service food outlet located near court Suzanne Lenglen.
Un sandwich au thon, une tartelette aux pommes et un Pepsi Max (a tuna sandwich, an apple tartlet and a Pepsi Max). Can you guess the price?
11 euros. The tartlet was tiny tiny tiny, the bread was soft and I’m not sure it was even tuna!
I probably should have bought that Roland Garros menu I found on my way to the stadium this morning: a Nadal sandwich and a Federer dessert.
