Total Prize Money
Total prize money for the 2013 championship events is $34.3m including payments to players for per diem expenses and legends exhibition and wheelchair events. This is a 35% increase on 2012’s $25.5m.
US Open Series Extra Bonus Prize Money
There is also potential for extra bonus prize money ($2.6m) for the top three finishers from the US Open Series. As at 18 August Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams head the US Open Series standings. See full standings.
