• Mitchell is from Queensland and is 20 years old
• He played in this year’s Australian Open, losing to John Isner in the first round
• Currently ranked 326 in the world and 12 in Australia (just behind Matt Reid who is Australia’s 11th ranked male player)

AO Wildcard Playoff Women’s Final: Bojana Bobusic d Monique Adamczak 6-1, 6-3

• Bobusic is from Queensland, aged 25
• She defeated No.2 seed Ash Barty in the second round (Adamczak was third seed)
• Currently ranked 334 in the world and 11 in Australia
