The Tsonga smile and more pics from the AEGON Championships 2012

June 12, 2012 By grandslamgal

Pics from Day 2 at Queens for your viewing pleasure.

Play at the AEGON Championships on Day 1 was completely rained out so the schedule for Day 2 was jam packed.

We had tickets for Court 1 and also saw Jo-Wilfried Tsonga practicing. It was cold (mighty cold!) and damp but it didn’t rain so play proceeded un-disrupted.

Awww, that is great Mel πŸ™‚
And yes, pictures are forever, something to look at and remember.
Missed his match today, as I was busy… And will miss all the action in Halle and Queens again tomorrow, cuz of work.
Hope, by the time I get home Roger and Jo are both safe in the next round and of course the same for Rafa. Totally rooting for a Fedal final. Really courious about seeing them play each other on grass. Would be awesome!

    Thanks for your comments.

Marina – I didn’t get Jo’s autograph as I’m more of a photo taking type gal than a getter of autographs, it was great to see him so close though and I mentally requested that he play in Basel πŸ™‚

Rafa Fans – I’m not sure I could have handled being as close to Rafa as I was to Jo, it’s a nice thought though πŸ™‚

BB12 – I’m now grateful for every single day that it doesn’t rain, and that we’re not out and about walking in the rain!

Great pics, shame there was no sun. At least there was play unlike Monday.

    Hey Mel πŸ™‚
Fantastic pictures, especially from Jo. I can see you’re having a wonderful time and I really hope, that the weather is getting warmer soonest.

Also loved to see the Nalby pics. He’s incredible. Saw him play in Basel and looking forward to see him again.

Keep me updated on news about Jo. By the way, did you get his autograph and tell him to play in Basel? ;o)
    “Total fangirl post here” ;o))
